Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tunisian Football Fantasy ("TFF"), including our website, mobile applications, web app, and associated services. By accessing or playing TFF, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities under your account.
• Minors playing TFF must have parental or guardian consent to register and claim sponsored rewards.

2. Fair Play & Multi-Accounting Policy

To maintain a fair and competitive environment for all Tunisian football fans, we enforce a strict Fair Play Policy:

If our systems detect multi-accounting or collusion, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban all associated accounts without prior notice, and disqualify them from active leagues.

3. Game Scoring & Finality

• Points are calculated based on real-life performances in the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1.
• Once a gameweek is finalized and points are awarded, scores cannot be contested or modified retroactively.

4. Virtual Items & Sponsored Prizes

• Fantasy budgets, squad points, and virtual trophies have no cash value and do not constitute property.
• Sponsor-backed leagues may offer real prizes. Winning users must pass our anti-cheat evaluation and verify their identity before prizes are distributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

TFF is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding system uptime or error-free scoring. TFF is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or delayed points distribution due to match schedule changes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising out of the game or these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Tunis.
